Age Suitability

Jebra Limited (collectively Jebra, we and us) provides business software for fitness and wellness studio operators. This page explains the minimum age required to use our Application and Services, and the basis for the age rating we declare in the app stores. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Services at jebra.io/terms-of-services and our Privacy Policy at jebra.io/privacy-policy.
1. MINIMUM AGE
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account or otherwise use the Services. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 16 or older. Where the law of your country or region sets a higher minimum age for consenting to the processing of personal data, or for entering into a binding agreement, that higher age applies to you instead.
The Services are business tools intended for studio owners, operators, managers, finance staff and their authorised personnel. They are not designed for, marketed to, or intended to be used by children.
2. CHILDREN UNDER 16
The Application is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a person under 16 without appropriate consent, we will delete that information and terminate the associated account.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 16 has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us using the details in section 5 so that we can remove it.
3. BASIS FOR OUR AGE RATING
We declare our age rating on the basis that the Application contains none of the following:
- Violent, sexual, profane or otherwise mature or suggestive content,
- References to or depictions of alcohol, tobacco, drugs or gambling,
- Simulated gambling, contests or games of chance,
- Horror or fear themes,
- Unrestricted access to the open web,
- Advertising served to users, and
- User-generated content that is published to, or shared with, the general public.
Content within the Application consists of the operational and financial data of the studio that has engaged us, entered by that studio's own authorised users and visible only to them.
4. ACCOUNTS CREATED BY AN ORGANISATION
Where a studio or other organisation creates accounts on behalf of its personnel, that organisation is responsible for ensuring that each individual it authorises meets the minimum age set out in section 1. The organisation remains responsible for the use of the Services by the accounts it creates.
